Restrictions
The following restrictions are applied in Logistics:

| 5 minutes | The maximum time to execute a request, for example, to create a route. If this time is exceeded, the request execution is terminated. |
| 1000 orders | The maximum number of orders in a request for creating or optimizing routes using routing. |
| 1024 orders | The maximum number of orders when determining their addresses during import. |
| 15 000 messages | The maximum number of unit messages when showing the actual route on the map. If there are more messages, the route is cut off. |
| 16 457 orders | The maximum number of orders which can be shown on the Planning tab. |
| 64 MB | The maximum size of a file which you can attach to an order or send in the chat. The number of files you can attach to the order is not limited. |
8.3 MB | The maximum size of a file with orders which you can import. |
For the Orders service, you can limit the number of created orders in the properties of the account or billing plan. To do this, specify a value in the Limit and cost column.
The timeout of executing requests for creating and optimization of routes can be limited in the administration system in the Logistics site settings.
