What's new

Customer management:

• A new Payments page in Studio for service providers to view monthly usage, costs, and invoice details
• Service providers now assign billing plans to customers instead of enabling modules individually. It is still possible to customize the feature set within the selected plan
• Service providers can now edit the name and update the password of customer users, allowing them to share new credentials if a user can’t access the application

Analytics: A new Service costs by device widget for the maintenance module on the Dashboard.

Integration: A new API playground page in Studio, providing access to both Studio and FleetSpace APIs.

Task desk:

• Redesigned user interface.
• Tasks can now be assigned to a specific user.
• The name of the driver assigned to the device at the time of the event is now displayed in the task details.
• Tasks now inherit their names from the automation that created them.
• Added the ability to sort tasks in columns.

Analytics:

• All dashboard widget titles are now editable.
• Checklist, driver behavior, and fleet intelligence widgets now support dashboard-level filtering.

Labels:

• Updated the user interface for managing labels in FleetSpace.
• The Vehicle type system label group can no longer be edited.
• New Labels (chip) and Set label widgets.

Automations: Event deactivation placeholders (like end_time, end_address) and the condition_duration placeholder are now only available for actions that are triggered upon the deactivation of an automation rule.

Private use: The private use status can now be controlled automatically via hardware, in addition to manual activation using widgets.

Wialon Driver: Added support for large fonts to improve accessibility.

Customer management, device management, tachograph control, maps, sites, drivers, geofences, maintenance, task desk, automations: Added breadcrumbs in both Studio and FleetSpace to improve navigation and make it easier to track your location within the platform.

Maps:

• Ability to add map service keys for reverse geocoding (converting coordinates to addresses)
• Possibility to use the same map service key for both reverse geocoding and map tiles
• Ability to configure map service access for specific customers

Analytics, maintenance: Added new widgets for the Maintenance module:

• Mean time between repairs widget
• MTBR change over time widget
• MTTR change over time widget
• Total service costs widget
• Maintenance cost widget
• Completed services widget
• Vehicles served widget
• Open services widget
• Downtime change over time widget

Device management: Added the ignition sensor, mileage counter, and engine hours counter to the Sensors tab in the device properties.

Automations: Added placeholders that can be used in automation texts (for example, in online notifications, emails, and Telegram messages). When an automation is triggered, these placeholders are replaced with actual values such as device and driver names, event times, geofence information, addresses, and various telemetry parameters.

Analytics, device management: The Devices per customers, Total number of devices and New devices widgets on the Studio dashboard now calculate data based only on enabled (billable) devices.

Customer management, device management, tachograph control, maps, sites, drivers, geofences, maintenance, task desk, automations: Improved search and filtering across all the tabs, allowing for the use of multiple search criteria. The date and time filter has been enhanced with a calendar picker and preset options.
