You can try the following actions:

• Make sure that you have indicated the required resource in the settings. Remember that not all available to user geofences are synchronized, but only the ones that belong to the selected resource.
• Check the type of the geofence. It should be of the Polygon type.
• Make sure that the area of the geofence (field) does not exceed 1000 ha.
• Make sure that no self-intersections occur during synchronization. Keep in mind that after changing the external contour of the field, all the areas of the uncultivated area should remain inside of the field.

You can try the following actions:

• Check if there is a required field in Hecterra. If you can't find it, synchronize the fields with Wialon.
• Make sure that the cultivation search doesn't take more than 20 minutes. If this time is exceeded, contact technical support.
• Make sure that you have not confirmed the required cultivation before and it has not been included in reports. To do this, run a report on the unit for the required date.
• Make sure that there are no confirmed cultivations for the specified date yet. If there are, new cultivations for the same date won't be found. In this case, delete the confirmed cultivations and start the search again. In order to avoid this situation, we recommend confirming cultivations at the end of the working day, when the unit has already performed all cultivations for the day.
• Check the Working day starts at parameter in the search settings. It is possible that most of the unit mileage is related to a different day than the day you specified in the search.
• Make sure that according to messages with a non-zero speed, the unit has been within the field for at least 300 seconds in a 24-hour period. If the unit has been in the field for less than this time, this is not considered as a cultivation.
• Make sure that the unit has been moving across the field at a speed above 0 for at least 5 minutes. If the unit has been moving for less than 5 minutes, it is not considered a cultivation. However, if you use the Cultivation at near-zero speed setting, the cultivations will be found regardless of how long the unit has been moving at a speed above 0.
• In Wialon, run the Messages tracing report for the required date. Check if a driver and a trailer have been assigned to the unit (the Driver and Trailer columns). If they have been assigned, check their history. If there have been multiple assignments, check them and delete the redundant ones, if any. The system may not be finding the cultivation because the unnecessary assignments are splitting its interval.
• Run a report on geofences in Wialon. If there is no geofence in Wialon that corresponds to the field, you can import it from Hecterra. The report should contain the Time in, Time out, Mileage columns and the Total row. You can add the interval filtration by driver or trailer if necessary. The mileage value from the report must not be less than the minimum mileage in relation to the field perimeter specified in Hecterra settings. Otherwise, you should reduce the minimum mileage value in the settings. You can see the field perimeter in the geofence properties.

Make sure that you have selected the required resource in the settings.

Check that the user has the Query messages or reports and View report templates access rights towards the resource.

Make sure that the Exclude drains from fuel consumption option is enabled for the executed report.

After you register the potential cultivation, its data is transferred to the report and cannot be changed. To recalculate the data, delete the cultivation on the Reports page and perform a new search (the Registrar page).
