Notifications

Notifications allow you control changes in counter values. To receive notifications, turn them on, indicate a value range and specify the trigger conditions in range or out of range in the notification settings. Then you should select a notification option (SMS or email), and depending on the option, enter a telephone number or email or both. Data for these fields are taken from the user settings, but you can change it manually.

You can also indicate telephone number or e-mail address by clicking on the button in the form of gear in the right corner of the top bar and filling in the corresponding fields.

The number of new notifications is displayed in the notification indicator in the top bar. If there are new notifications, the indicator turns red. If there are no notifications, the indicator is grey. When a new notification is received, the counter/sensor window on the desktop or in the unit settings dialog gets a red border.

To view the received notifications, click on the active indicator. A dialog window appears with a table containing the following parameters: unit, counter/sensor, time, value. If you click on a unit string, a dialog opens where you can view the graph of the unit values and the table of notification triggers.
