Forming a request
In the top bar, you should indicate a time interval for which you want to receive a driving quality assessment. There are two types of the variants available: established (Yesterday, Today, Week, Month) and adjustable (Custom) for which you can indicate any dates. By using the Previous/Next arrows you can change the established interval for a day, week or month.
The work list is displayed on the left and can consist of units or unit groups. To switch between the modes, use the /
buttons. Units in the work list are sorted alphabetically which is set by the
/
buttons. To find a unit or unit group quickly, use the dynamic filter above the list.
Adding units to the table
To select units or unit groups, click on the button in the form of an arrow opposite to their names or double-click on the unit/group of units. The selected units are added to the statistics table and then the system carries out the calculation.
Information in the columns
The resulting table includes the following columns:
Column | Description |

Unit | The name of the unit. |
Rank | The rank based on the 10 point rating system. |
Penalty | The total amount of scored penalty points depending on the selected Penalty averaging type. When no averaging is applied, the column shows the sum of points for all violations in the selected period of time. When there is averaging By trip duration or By trip mileage, it shows the sum of points for all violations divided by the number of minutes or kilometers of all trips within the selected period of time. When averaging By engine hours duration is applied, the column shows the sum of penalty points for all violations, divided by the number of minutes of engine hours within the selected period of time. |
Violations | The number of violations for the selected period of time. |
Duration | The duration of the violation. |
Mileage | The mileage during the violation. |
Trips | The number of trips for the selected period of time. |
Trip duration | The duration of all the trips that include violations for the selected period of time. |
Trip mileage | The mileage of all the trips that include violations for the selected period of time. |
Engine hours duration | The total duration of engine hours for the selected period of time. |
Mileage during engine hours | The total mileage during engine hours for the selected period of time. |
Penalty averaging
You can set the Penalty averaging option in the top bar. The following options of penalty averaging are available:
- None
- By trip mileage
- By trip duration
- By engine hours duration
The data are recalculated once you select a different type of penalty averaging. The Penalty averaging option is described in detail in Wialon documentation.
Managing the table
You can filter the resulting table by any of the indicated criteria by clicking on a necessary one. The units added to the table are marked in the work list. You can delete a unit from the resulting table along with all the statistical data by clicking on the red cross in the last column of the table opposite the required unit.
