You can perform the following actions with commands: clearing the queue, editing, copying, deleting, and sending. The first four actions are available directly in the list of commands in the unit properties.
Managing the list of commands
The list of commands contains the following information: the name of the command, the phone number and channel which are used to send it, the parameters, and the number of commands in the queue. You can clear the queue by pointing to it and clicking on the displayed icon.
At the end of each line, there are icons for editing, copying, and deleting the command. To edit the command, click on the icon , make changes, and click OK. To create a new command on the basis of the existing one, click on the icon , enter the name of the new command, make the necessary changes, and click OK. To delete the command, click on the icon .
Sending commands
You can send a command manually from the Monitoring tab or configure its automatic sending by means of a job or notification. In order for a command to be sent to several units at once by means of a job or notification, this command should have the same name in the properties of each unit.
The ways of sending commands and receiving information about them are described in more detail here.
