Introduction

Wialon Lite is the lightweight version of the full-featured Wialon Hosting. It delivers the essential tools for real-time GPS tracking, asset security, and operational control in a simple cloud package, making it the perfect entry-level solution for small fleets and customers with straightforward fleet digitalization needs.

Wialon Lite allows you to:

• track the location of the vehicles on the map;
• receive notifications if a vehicle leaves a certain area (geofence) or stops being connected;
• remotely switch off the engine by sending a command to the vehicle tracker, including automatically by using tasks;
• manually run reports on the vehicle movement, arrival at the indicated areas (geofences), and automatically receive them by email.

The platform consists of the monitoring and the management (CMS Manager) systems. Most of the functions listed above are available in the monitoring system. The management system is designed to create a service structure and limit the functions available to the monitoring system users.
