avl_msg_photo
To get a photo from a message, use the following request:
http://<host>/avl_msg_photo?sid=<sid>&layerName="<text>"&msgIndex=<uint>&time=<uint>&unitIndex=<uint>&saveMode=<uint>

The required parameters are marked with an asterisk (*).
