Assigning billing plans to customers

Where: Wialon Platform Studio
To make Wialon Platform features available to your customers, assign them suitable billing plans.
To assign a billing plan, follow the steps below:
- In Wialon Platform Studio, open the Customers page.

- Select the customer to whom you want to assign the billing plan.
- In the Billing plan configuration section, click Select.

- Select the billing plan suitable for this customer. There are four billing plans you can choose from:

| Compliance | Suitable for companies focused on meeting regulatory and tachograph requirements without needing full tracking functionality. Included features: • Analytics (Dashboard and Reports pages) • Maps • Tachograph control |
| Track & Trace | Provides functionality for basic GPS tracking, route monitoring, and simple automation to fleets that need visibility without advanced tools. Included features: • Analytics (Dashboard and Reports pages) • Maps • Trips • Geofences • Automations |
| Standard | Best for fleets that want detailed driver management, operational control, and collaboration via mobile apps. Included features: • All features from the Track & Trace plan • Drivers • Wialon driver app • Private use • Driver behavior • Checklists • Tasks • Location share |
| Advanced | Best for enterprises that need complete fleet oversight with video monitoring, maintenance tracking, and compliance features. Included features: • All features from the Standard plan • Maintenance • Tachograph control • Video |
- If needed, disable some billing plan features in the Features section. In this way, you can decide what features will be available to the customer after assigning this billing plan to them. By default, all features are enabled.

- Click Save to apply the changes.
After that, the selected billing plan is assigned to the customer and they can access the enabled features.
