Generating the “Geofences” report

Who can do it: Customer
Where: Wialon Platform FleetSpace

You can create the Geofences report to analyze visits to specific locations. To do this:

1. In Wialon Platform FleetSpace, navigate to the Reports module in the sidebar.
2. Click the dropdown menu at the top of the screen and select the Geofences report type.
3. Click on the date range field in the top bar.
4. In the calendar, select the start and end dates for your report and click Apply.
5. Click on the Devices dropdown menu.
6. Select one or more vehicles by checking their boxes in the dropdown list and click Apply.
7. Click on the Geofences dropdown menu.
8. Select one or multiple geofences from the list.
9. Click Apply to confirm.

The report will be generated automatically, displaying data filtered by your selected vehicles, time period, and geofences.

At the top of the report, you will see summary cards showing key statistics and a detailed table with the information for each vehicle and geofence visit below.
