Analytics

The Analytics page allows service providers to build custom reports and widgets and make them available to customers. Customers can then use these items in Wialon Platform FleetSpace to analyze fleet data based on the metrics and structure defined by the service provider.

Setting up analytics includes the following steps:

1. Enabling analytics items for customers: Enable the feature for customers and turn on the visibility of the created analytics items for customers.
2. Creating a custom report: Select a dataset, choose metrics, and configure the data display for a custom report.
3. Creating a custom widget: Configure a custom widget and add it to the customer’s Dashboard page.
4. Managing analytics items: View, search, organize analytics items on the Analytics page in Wialon Platform Studio.
5. Running custom reports: Customers select an enabled custom report in Wialon Platform FleetSpace, specify a date range and filters, and view the results in a table or on the map.
