Request video and pictures using commands

You can request video clips and photos from a device using commands configured by your service provider. To send a video command to device, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Wialon FleetSpace.
2. Navigate to the Devices page. The command action may be configured directly on the device list. If not, click on the required device to open its details.
3. Click the icon corresponding to the required action.
4. If required, define command parameters, for example, video channel, start time, or duration.
5. Execute the command.

After executing a command, you can view the results by accessing the device’s details and using the appropriate widget. For instructions, see Viewing video and media.
