Setting up your user account

The mobile app is designed for monitoring only. All device, workspace, and feature configuration is done by the service provider in Wialon Platform Studio and Wialon Platform FleetSpace on the web.

To use the Wialon Platform mobile app, your service provider must complete the following steps in advance:

1. Create a customer in Wialon Platform Studio.
2. Create a user and share the user’s login credentials with you.
3. Add and configure the devices you need to monitor.
4. Set up a workspace that defines which features and data you can access.
