Limitations
This page lists the limitations that apply to the entities and modules of Wialon Platform. Take them into account when you configure customer accounts and plan your fleet operations.
Forms
The following limitations apply to the Forms module.

| Form templates for one customer | 20 | The maximum number of form templates in one customer account. |
| Active forms for one device | 20 | The maximum number of forms with the Assigned or Overdue status that one device can have at the same time. |
| Forms in the history | No limit | Forms with the Done, Rejected, and Archived statuses are stored without a quantity limit. |
