Video functionality

Video integration into transport telematics enhances safety, security, and operational efficiency by providing visual insights into fleet operations. Wialon Platform supports various video functionalities to help you monitor driver behavior, analyze incidents, prevent theft, and provide proof of service. Each device has a media storage capacity of up to 2 GB.

Prerequisites

Your customer has the Fleet digitalization billing plan assigned.
The Video feature is enabled in the Features section of the customer profile. If you create a customer from a template or by copying another customer, check that this feature is enabled for them.
The customer user has the permission to send commands. See Adding video commands.

Features in Wialon Platform FleetSpace must be added and configured manually.
