Forms

Forms are customizable sets of fields that drivers and other customer users fill in from the field. Instead of paper records, you collect structured data in the app: yes/no checks, choices from a list, text and number entries, photos, comments, and an electronic signature.

Use forms for any process that needs a repeatable, time-stamped record: vehicle inspections and handovers, delivery and job confirmation, incident and damage reports, compliance records, or regular readings such as odometer and fuel level.
