Analyzing driver information in reports

Who can do it: Customer
Where: Wialon Platform FleetSpace

Prerequisites

Wialon Platform allows for detailed analysis of fleet operations by integrating driver information into various reports, including Trips, Parking, and Idling reports. This enables fleet managers to understand driver performance, adherence to schedules, and impact on operational efficiency.

You can use drivers using the driver-related features in reports described below.

Grouping reports by drivers

This allows you to analyze data such as mileage, duration, and events, broken down by individual drivers. The grouping type is available in the following reports:

  • Trip
  • Parking
  • Connection loss
  • Tasks
  • Checklists
  • Driver behavior violations
  • Private mode

To group the data by driver in reports:

  1. In Wialon Platform FleetSpace, navigate to the Reports page.
  2. On the left top of the screen, in the Grouped by field, select Drivers. The settings selected for this report will be saved for this session.
  3. Click the Drivers field on the right to open the dropdown menu.
  4. Check the boxes next to the names of the drivers you want to include in the report.

The information in the generated report is grouped by drivers. Click the icon to expand the row and see the details. You can navigate to other pages and return to your report. The generated report is available for 1 minute.
