Task desk

The Task desk in Wialon Platform FleetSpace is where customer users manage tasks, which are incidents requiring special attention and handling. Tasks can be generated automatically by automations (for example, an SOS signal, a vehicle leaving an allowed area, high temperatures, or urgent maintenance needs). The Task desk provides a centralized view for monitoring, investigating, and resolving these critical events.
