Archiving tracking links
Who can do it: Service provider, Customer
Where: Wialon Platform FleetSpace
When a tracking link expires, it is automatically moved to the Archive tab of the Location share page.
If an active link is no longer needed, you can move it to the archive manually before its expiration time. To do this, follow the steps below.
- In Wialon Platform FleetSpace, select the Location share tab in the sidebar.
- Find the required link in the list. You can use search by link name or vehicle name.
- At the end of the link row, click the icon
. - Select Expire and archive.
After that, the link becomes inactive and is no longer shown in the Tracking links list. It is now considered expired and is displayed on the Archive tab.
You can reactivate the expired link from the archive if necessary. For further information, see Reactivating expired links.
