Driver behavior

The Driver behavior module is a comprehensive tool designed to promote efficient and safe driving practices across your fleet. This module helps optimize fleet performance, reduce fuel consumption, and enhance road safety. Using Driver behavior can motivate drivers through clear feedback and incentives, foster driver loyalty, and contribute to achieving decarbonization goals, ultimately leading to improved operational efficiency and profitability.

Prerequisites
  • Your customer has the Fleet digitalization billing plan assigned.
  • The Driver behavior feature is enabled in the Features section of the customer profile. If you create a customer from a template or by copying another customer, check that this feature is enabled for them.
  • To give a customer user access to driver behavior criteria, grant the View permission for the Driver behavior entity on the Permissions tab of the user details. See Managing user permissions.

Drivers can view and analyze their score in Wialon Driver.

Available features

Once the module is enabled, the Driver behavior functionalities are accessible for the selected customer.

Features in Wialon Platform Studio become available automatically. Features in Wialon Platform FleetSpace must be added and configured manually.
