Viewing private use report

Who can do it: Service provider, customer
Where: Wialon Platform FleetSpace

This report provides a detailed breakdown of when a vehicle was used for private purposes. You can generate the report to view the data grouped by either device or driver.

To generate a private use report, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Wialon Platform FleetSpace.
2. Navigate to the Reports section.
3. Select Private mode as the interval type. The settings selected for this report will be saved for this session.
4. Select the required date range for the report.
5. In the Grouped by dropdown, select either Vehicles or Drivers.
6. Select the specific devices or drivers you want to include in the report.
7. Click Apply to view the report.

You can navigate to other pages and return to your report. The generated report is available for 1 minute.

The report is organized into two sections: a summary at the top and a detailed table below.

The summary section provides the following key statistics:

• The total number of devices or drivers included in the report.
• The total number of private use intervals (time periods when the private use was enabled).
• The total duration of private use intervals.
• The total mileage covered during all private use intervals.
• The total engine hours accumulated during all private use intervals.

The detailed table provides specific information for each private use interval. You can sort the columns by clicking on their headers.

• Device: The name of the device used during the private use interval.
• Driver: The driver assigned to the device.
• Private mode: The total number of private use intervals for that device or driver.
• Begin: The start time and address of the private use interval.
• End: The end time and address of the private use interval.
• Duration: The duration of a private use interval. For the summary row, it shows the combined duration of all private use intervals for a device or driver.
• Mileage: The distance covered during the private use interval. For the summary row, it shows the total mileage for that device or driver. If data is not available, “N/A” is displayed.
• Engine hours: The duration the engine was running during the private use interval. For the summary row, it shows the total engine hours for that device or driver. If data is not available, “N/A” is displayed.

You can expand each row by clicking the icon to view a list of individual private use intervals for that vehicle or driver.

You can export the report data to a CSV file for further analysis by clicking the icon at the top of the report table.
