Sharing tracking links

Who can do it: Service provider, Customer

Where: Wialon Platform FleetSpace

On the Location share page in Wialon Platform FleetSpace, you can open and copy the created tracking links to share them with external stakeholders.

Before sharing a link, you can open it in a separate browser tab to preview the information and features that will be available to third parties.

To open the link, use one of these features on the Location share tab of Wialon Platform FleetSpace:

• click the link name in the link list
• click the icon at the end of the link row and select Open link

These features are available only if the link is already active.

To copy a link for sharing with third parties, follow these steps:

1. In Wialon Platform FleetSpace, select the Location share tab in the sidebar.
2. Find the required link in the list. You can use search by link name or vehicle name.
3. At the end of the link row, click the icon .
4. Select Copy URL.

After that, you can send the copied link to the external stakeholder.
