Enabling the “Tachograph control” module for a customer

For a user of a customer account to be able to use the Tachograph control module, the service provider must:

• activate this module for the customer account
• grant the required permissions to the user

To activate the Tachograph control module for a customer account, follow these steps:

1. In Wialon Platform Studio, navigate to the Customers tab.
2. Select the required customer account.
3. Go to the Modules tab.
4. Check the box next to Tachograph control to enable the module.
5. Save the changes.

Once enabled, the Tachograph control features are accessible in Wialon Platform FleetSpace for the selected customer account.

Wialon Platform FleetSpace requires adding and configuring the features manually.

To give a user permissions to work with tachograph files, follow these steps:

1. In Wialon Platform Studio, navigate to the Customers tab.
2. Select the required customer account.
3. Go to the Users tab.
4. Select the required user.
5. Open the Permissions tab.
6. Enable the permissions:

7. Click Save.

After getting the permissions, the user is able to work with tachograph files in Wialon Platform FleetSpace.
