Enabling the “Forms” module for a customer

Who can do it: Service provider
Where: Wialon Platform Studio

To provide a customer with access to the form functionality, the service provider must assign one of the following billing plans to this account:

• Standard
• Advanced

For information about billing plans and their assignment, see Assigning billing plans to customers.

Once the Forms module is active, new features become available in the Studio, FleetSpace, and Wialon Driver interfaces for that customer.

Features in the Wialon Platform Studio become available automatically. Features in Wialon Platform FleetSpace must be added and configured manually.

• Forms tab in the customer details
• Form assigned, Form overdue, Form rejected, and Form with failed check triggers, and the Create a form action on the Automations tab

• Sections: Assigned forms, Submitted forms
• Widgets in the device and driver list: Assign form, Form status (cell and chip)
• Widgets in the device and driver details: Assign form, Form status (cell and chip), Assigned forms, Submitted forms
• Widgets in the dashboard: Form overview, Failed forms by type, Failed forms by vehicle type, Vehicle form results, Failed forms over time
• Reports: Forms

Forms tab with:

• Current form assignments
• Form submission history
