Enabling the “Tasks” module for a customer
Who can do it: Service provider
Where: Wialon Platform Studio
To provide a customer with access to the tasks functionality, follow these steps:

In Wialon Platform Studio, navigate to the Customers page.

Select the required customer’s account.

Navigate to the General tab within customer details.

Select the Standard or Advanced billing plan.

Make sure the Tasks option is enabled.

Save the changes.
Features available after activation
Once the Tasks functionality is enabled, new features become available in the Studio and FleetSpace interfaces for that customer.
Features in Wialon Platform Studio become available automatically. Features in Wialon Platform FleetSpace must be added and configured manually.

- Automations: The Create a task action template becomes available on the Automations tab.
