Downloading tachograph files

Service providers and their customers can download the received tachograph files in Wialon Platform Studio and in Wialon Platform FleetSpace, respectively.

In Wialon Platform Studio, service providers can download tachograph files from the Tachograph control tab and from the Devices tab.

To download files from the Tachograph control tab, follow the steps below.

1. In the sidebar, select the Tachograph control tab.
2. Navigate to the Tacho devices tab.
3. Click on the row of the required device in the list. You can search devices by name, company name, company card, company connection status, customer, and device connection status.
4. Specify the time interval for which you want to receive the file list.
5. Save the required file to your computer using the download icon at the end of the file row.

To download files from the Devices tab, follow the steps below.

1. In the sidebar, select the Devices tab.
2. Click on the row of the required device in the list. You can search devices by name, model, last message time, Enabled/Disabled status, connection state, customer.
3. Navigate to the Tachograph tab of the device details.
4. Specify the time interval for which you want to receive the file list.
5. Save the required file to your computer using the download icon at the end of the file row.

In Wialon Platform FleetSpace, customers and service providers can download tachograph files from the Tachograph control tab and from the Drivers tab.

To download files from the Tachograph control tab, follow the steps below.

1. In the sidebar, select the Tachograph control tab.
2. Specify the time interval for which you want to receive the file list.
3. Find the required file in the list. You can search the files by name, device, and driver.
4. Save the required file to your computer using the download icon at the end of the file row.

To download files from the Drivers tab, follow the steps below.

1. In the sidebar, select the Driver management tab.
2. Click on the row of the required driver in the list. You can search drivers by name, phone number, and device.
3. Navigate to the Tachograph tab of the driver details.
4. Specify the time interval for which you want to receive the file list.
5. Save the required file to your computer using the download icon at the end of the file row.
