Enabling the “Maintenance” module for a customer

Who can do it: Service provider
Where: Wialon Platform Studio

To enable the Maintenance module for a customer, assign them a billing plan that includes this feature. See Assigning billing plans to customers for information about the available billing plans and how to assign them.

Once enabled, the Maintenance module functionalities are accessible in Wialon Platform Studio and Wialon Platform FleetSpace for the selected customer.

• Pages: Maintenance, Service details, Service plan details
• Widgets on the Dashboard: Total service costs, Maintenance cost, Downtime change over time, Downtime per vehicle, Created services, Mean time between repairs, Mean time to repair, New service costs, Services metric (value card).
• Widgets for devices and drivers: Create service, Upcoming services.

• Automations: New service, Service due info
• Action templates: Create a service
• Settings: Maintenance additional properties
