Enabling the “Maintenance” module for a customer
Who can do it: Service provider
Where: Wialon Platform Studio
To enable the Maintenance module for a customer account, a service provider must activate it in Wialon Platform Studio.
- In Wialon Platform Studio, navigate to the Customers tab.
- Select the desired customer account.
- Go to the Modules tab.
- Check the box next to Maintenance to enable the module.
Features available after enabling
Once enabled, the Maintenance module functionalities are accessible in Wialon Platform Studio and Wialon Platform FleetSpace for the selected customer.
Wialon Platform FleetSpace
- Pages: Maintenance, Service details, Service plan details
- Widgets in Dashboard: Maintenance costs over time, Services single metric, OpenServicesChart, Services Status Chart, ServicesCostChart, Upcoming services
Wialon Platform Studio
- Automations: New service, Service due info
- Action templates: Create a service
- Settings: Maintenance additional properties
