Enabling the “Trips” module for a customer
Who can do it: Service provider
Where: Wialon Platform Studio
To enable the Trips module for a customer account, a Service provider must activate it in Wialon Platform Studio.
- In Wialon Platform Studio, navigate to the Customers section.

- Select the required customer account.
- Go to the General tab.

- Select the Track & Trace, Standard or Advanced billing plan.
- Make sure the Trips option is enabled.
- Save the changes.
Features available after enabling
Once enabled, the Trips module features are accessible in Wialon Platform Studio and Wialon Platform FleetSpace for the selected customer.
Features in Wialon Platform Studio become available automatically, whereas Wialon Platform FleetSpace requires adding and configuring them manually.
