Enabling the “Automations” module for a customer
Who can do it: Service provider
Where: Wialon Platform Studio
To enable the Automations module for a customer account, a Service provider must activate it in Wialon Platform Studio.
- In Wialon Platform Studio, navigate to the Customers section.
- Select the desired customer account.
- Go to the Modules tab.
- Check the box next to Automations to enable the module.
Features available after enabling
Once enabled, the Automations module functionalities are accessible in Wialon Platform Studio:
- Tabs: the Automations tab in customer details, the Automations tab in customer templates.
- Automations: Connection loss, Logical expression, Schedule.
