Enabling the “Checklists” module for a customer
Who can do it: Service provider
Where: Wialon Platform Studio
To provide a customer with access to the checklist functionality, follow these steps:

In Wialon Platform Studio, navigate to the Customers section.

Select the required customer’s account.

Navigate to the Modules tab.

Select the Checklists option.
Features available after activation
Once the Checklists module is active, new features become available in the Studio, FleetSpace, and Wialon Driver interfaces for that customer.
Features in the Wialon Platform Studio become available automatically. Features in Wialon Platform FleetSpace must be added and configured manually.
Wialon Platform Studio
- Checklists tab in the customer details
- Checklist assigned, Checklist overdue, Checklist rejected, and Checklist with failed check triggers, and the Create a checklist action on the Automations tab
Wialon Platform FleetSpace
- Sections: Assigned checklists, Submitted checklists
- Widgets in the device and driver list: Assign checklist, Checklist status (chip)
- Widgets in the device and driver details: Assign checklist, Checklist status (chip), Assigned checklists, Submitted checklists
- Reports: Checklists
Wialon Driver
Checklists tab with:
- Current checklist assignments
- Checklist submission history
