Customizing devices in Wialon Platform FleetSpace

You can manage devices, add and use device widgets and information chips on the Devices page. The Dashboard page provides overall information on your devices.
Basic widgets
Below are basic widgets which are available in all billing plans without any modules enabled. They are related with device data and properties, and can be added to the device list and details in web and mobile versions.
Device list widgets
The following basic widgets are available in the device list:
- Connection state (chip): Displays the current connection status of the device.
- Motion state (chip): Displays whether the vehicle is moving or stopped.
- Counter (cell): Displays data from the engine hours or mileage counter.
- Labels (chip and cell): Displays the selected labels or label groups assigned to the device.
- Last updated time (chip and cell): Displays the time of the last successful data message received from the device.
- Sensor (chip): Displays data from the sensors configured for the device.
- Telemetry (chip): Displays a real-time value from a specific sensor or input on the device.
- Center on map (action): Focuses the map view on the device when the widget is clicked.
- Execute command (action): Provides a clickable button to send a pre-configured command to the device.
- Set label (action): Allows you to manually assign a label to a device (unavailable in mobile version).
Device details widgets
The following basic widgets are available in the device details:
- Connection state (chip and cell): Displays the current connection status of the device.
- Motion state (chip and cell): Displays whether the vehicle is moving or stopped.
- Center on map (action): Focuses the map view on the device when the widget is clicked.
- Execute command (action): Provides a clickable button to send a pre-configured command to the device.
- Counter (cell): Displays data from the engine hours or mileage counter.
- Labels (chip and cell): Displays the selected labels or label groups assigned to the device.
- Last updated time (chip and cell): Displays the time of the last successful data message received from the device.
- Sensor (chip and cell): Displays the data of the selected sensor type.
- Telemetry (cell and chip): Displays the data of the parameter added to the cell settings.
- Device additional properties (table): Shows additional properties of the device, such as its unique ID or SIM card number.
- Telemetry chart: Displays a graphical representation of historical telemetry data over a selected time period.

Module-specific widgets
You can also add widgets related to other Wialon Platform modules to enhance the device list and details.
The widgets marked as web and mobile are available in both Wialon Platform FleetSpace on the web and in the Wialon Platform mobile app. All other widgets are available only in the web version.
Checklists widgets
- Assign checklist (action): Manually assign checklists to the device.
- Checklist status (cell and chip): Display information about all assigned checklists or the last updated one (web and mobile).
- Assigned checklists (list): See all assigned checklists for the device.
- Submitted checklists (list): View past inspection submissions for the device.

Maintenance widgets
- Create service (action): Create a new maintenance service for the device.
- Upcoming services (list): View a list of upcoming maintenance tasks for the device.

Location share widgets
- Create tracking link (action): Allows creating a shareable tracking link for the selected device. After creation, the link is copied to the clipboard. For configuration instructions, see the Adding the “Create tracking link” widget guide.
Private use widgets
- Manage private use (action): Switch the device’s status between private, business, and forced business modes.
- Private use (cell and chip): Shows the current private use status of the device.

Trip widgets
- Timeline: Provides a visual summary of the device activity over a recent period (web and mobile).
- Track player: Allows playing vehicle tracks in real time or for the last trip period.
- Recent trips (card or list view): Provides information about recent trips and parking intervals (web and mobile).

Emissions widgets
- Emissions by data source (bar chart)
- Emissions by data source (pie chart)
- Emissions by fuel type (bar chart)
- Emissions by vehicle type (bar chart)
- Emissions trend (line chart)
- Total fleet emissions (value card)
- Top devices by emission (list)

Driver widgets
- Assigned driver (cell): Displays the name of the driver assigned to the device in a table format in the device list or device details. The cell is added inside the Table view container. If several drivers are assigned, each driver is displayed in an individual cell (web and mobile).
- Assigned driver (chip): Displays the drivers assigned to the device in the device list or device details. If several drivers are assigned, the widget shows a separate chip for each driver. Use the Show label option to control how the chip is displayed: when enabled, each chip shows the driver name; when disabled, the chip shows the number of assigned drivers, and you can hover over it to see the driver names in a tooltip (web and mobile).
Driver behavior widgets
Driving score by device (cell and chip): Displays the driving score calculated for the device based on the configured driver behavior criteria (web and mobile).

Geofence widgets
Geofence count (cell and chip): Displays the number of geofences that a device is currently located in (web and mobile).
Video widgets
- Latest video: Displays the latest recorded video from the device.
- Media: Provides access to all media files recorded by the device, such as videos and images.
- Video stream: Provides access to the live video stream from the device.

On the Dashboard, you can configure the following widgets to get an overview of your fleet device data:

- Fleet trip stats
- Mileage by vehicle
- Fleet utilization
- Devices online
